> NEW YORK, Jan. 23 – Preston M. Harrington, of Nyack, is the receipient of $10,000 and a share of the residuary estate left by his aunt, the late Nettie S. Clement, according to the terms of her will filed for probate in Surrogate's Court here yesterday. Three other nephews get similar bequests.

It has not yet been appraised.Nettie Clement would be Nettie Starr Clement, who married Duane Clement. Duane Clement was part of Clement & Stockwell paper. NYACK, N. Y., Aug. 20--Preston M. Harrington, for many years president of the Bishop Paper Company at 7-11 Laight Street, Manhattan, died last night at his home in South Nyack after a long Illness. He was 72 years old.
Mr. Harrington was born in Cambridge, N. Y., the son of the late Daniel and Rachel Harrington, both members of old colonial families. He came to New York while a young man and became associated with an old New York paper firm, Clement & Stockwell, owned by relatives. This firm later became the Bishop Paper Company. He leaves a widow, Mrs. Caroline Best Harrington; a daughter, Mrs. Ruth B. Sandt of Cresskill, N. J.; two sons, Daniel W. Harrington of Demarest, N.J., and Preston M. Harrington Jr. of Tenafly, N. J., and two sisters, Mrs. Alice Winslow of Cambridge, N. Y., and Mrs. J. C. Reynolds of Mechanicsville, and a brother, Edwin D. Harrington, also of Mechanicsville.

Preston M. Harrington, president, treasurer, manager, and director of the Bishop Paper Company, of 7 Laight Street, New York, died last Wednesday at his home, 48 Washington avenue, South Nyack. He was 72 years old.
Mr. Harrington was born in Cambridge, N. Y., the son of the late Daniel and Rachel Harrington, and his entire business career was devoted to the company of which he was president at his death. It was the firm of Clement and Stockwell when he first entered its employ. He was a member of the Merchant's Association of New York City, and a trustee of St. Paul's Methodist Church, of Nyack. His wife, Mrs. Caroline Best Harrington; a daughter, Mrs. Ruth B. Sandt; two sone, Daniel W. and Preston M. Harrington, Jr.; two sister, Mrs. Alice Winslow and Mrs. J. C. Reynolds, and a brother, Edwin D. Harrington, survive.

Under the will of Preston M. Harrington of South Nyack, who died August 19, leaving an estate estimated as in excess of $5,000 personal property and the same amount in real property, the estate is left to his wife, Caroline E. Harrington and two sons, Daniel W. and Preston M. Harrington, Jr. The three are named as trustees and executors of the will.
It is ordered that Mrs. Harrington be allowed to live in the home all her life if she so desires. The trustees are ordered to enter into a contract for the sale of any or all real estate and to invest the corpus of a trust fund in good interest bearing securities and pay the income to Mrs. Harrington. On the death of the wife, the surviving trustees are instructed to divide the corpus of the trust fund between the two sons and a daughter, Ruth B. Sandt, in equal shares.
